  1. Ordering Goods

  2. AB Office Solutions may change the prices published on this website at any time. AB Office Solutions reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this Site, or an error in your order. We accept orders from all states within Australia except for Western Australia. If an order is made from an area outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area, a call or e-mail must be made to AB Office Solutions to determine the delivery charge.

    Orders are processed on a 'first-come, first-served' basis and if we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail. If your order for a product on a limited special offer is unsuccessful because the stock has been purchased by an order prior to yours, AB Office Solutions is not required to supply you with any alternative products and has no liability to you whatsoever.

  3. Purchasing and Payment

  4. For each online order, you must pay the applicable price for the relevant goods as confirmed by AB Office Solutions, a delivery charge, and the specified handling fee at that time. To request delivery of an item to an area outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area, the delivery charge must be confirmed via phone or e-mail by AB Office Solutions. By placing your order, you agree to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered unless you ask us to cancel that order prior to the goods being dispatched to you. We do not accept COD charges.

    For a new customer, there are two payment options. We can charge your credit card or you can make a direct deposit to us. After this first transaction, you will be entitled to a 7 days account with us from your next order onwards.

    If you choose to pay for the goods via direct deposit, we will send you an invoice and our bank details via e-mail. When you have completed the deposit, fax or e-mail the receipt to us with the reference number and we will then process your purchase order.

    Please Note: Credit Card Payments over $1,000 will attract 3% surcharge.

  5. Delivery and Pick Up

  6. All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by AB Office Solutions. We may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If we request payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to AB Office Solutions, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.

    Ordered goods will be delivered to the address you specify in your order and anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by AB Office Solutions to be authorised to receive the goods. Where the goods are not available, we will notify you of this as soon as possible.

    If there is no-one at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order, the courier will leave a card at the delivery point and hold the item for seven days. If there is no response, the package will be delivered back to AB Office Solutions. AB Office Solutions may charge you additional delivery fees in such circumstances. Once the goods are delivered and received by you or a nominated person at the delivery point, you will own them and any damage to or loss of the item will be your responsibility.

  7. Product Information

  8. AB Office Solutions makes every effort to include accurate, up-to-date pictures and specifications of all of the goods on this website. However, our pictures and/or description of the goods may differ from the actual goods. When purchasing goods, you should read the labels carefully before putting them into use as AB Office Solutions is not liable for any damage to your machine caused by such misuse.

  9. Disclaimer of Liability

  10. To the extent permitted by law, AB Office Solutions will not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss or damages or any loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with:
